The firm was established in 2011 by Mr. Hyacinth Jeremiah under the business name Jeremiah Business Consulting. It joined the HLB Global Network in 2020 with the addition of two partners. Mr. Jeremiah is a forensic accountant with over thirty-two (32) years experience in assurance, tax, fraud investigation and consultancy services. He started his accounting career at a young age moving through the ranks from an audit trainee to Audit Manager. In January 2011 he started his own practice, Jeremiah Business Consulting, before joining the HLB network in June 2020.

Ms. Francis brings to HLB Grenada some forty-four (44) years’ experience in internal and external auditing. As Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then PKF Accountants and Business Advisers, she has audited and provided advisory services to a diverse group of companies including Commercial and Development banks, Credit Unions, Utility Companies, Building and Loan Association and Mutual Banks as well as wholesale and Retail and Insurance Companies.

Mrs. Sylvester started her accounting career with the Accounting Firm of Touché Ross and Thorburn, Jamaica in 1989 after completing a course in Business Administration (Accounting). She later relocated to Grenada, where she spent the next twenty-three (23) years with PKF Accountants and Business Advisers serving as Senior Audit Partner for seven of those years.
