Ms. Francis brings to HLB Grenada some forty-four (44) years’ experience in internal and external auditing. As Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then PKF Accountants and Business Advisers, she has audited and provided advisory services to a diverse group of companies including Commercial and Development banks, Credit Unions, Utility Companies, Building and Loan Association and Mutual Banks as well as wholesale and Retail and Insurance Companies. Ms. Francis also provided consultancy and tax services to her client.
As a Chartered Secretary she provided services in Corporate secretarial, conducting of meetings, business incorporation and liquidation. She has also provided training to Boards of Directors in strengthening Corporate Governance in organizations. Ms. Francis obtained valuable internal audit proficiency while working in the Internal audit division of the Caribbean Development Bank in Barbados for seven (7) years. She has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services industry and has received training in various related areas including Enterprise Risk management and Financial Reporting Standards.
Ms. Francis is the Vice President of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of the Eastern Caribbean – Grenada Branch.
